⚜ Do not modify the template or the coat of the horse, apart from shine markings

⚜ Prefix and the name of the horse must not be changed

⚜ It's not allowed to breed while leasing

⚜ There's no rule how often I have to receive pictures, but I would like to hear from it time 
     to time

⚜ You can chosse how long the horse will be with you, but there's a maximum of six months

⚜ Every horse is registered on Cavallus Sims - you're allowed to compete with them on
     random and traditionall Competitions
⚜ You're not allowed to register them on any other platform
⚜ You have to pay the competition fees on your own, but you can keep the award funds

⚜ If there's an infrigement I will take the horse back immediately

⚜ There will be an option to buy the horse after the Leasing if you're interested in it
